LCK Spring 2023: Peanut is disappointed in himself and apologizes to fans for losing to T1

After the reverse defeat to T1, Peanut became the focus of criticism because he was the key to causing GEN to lose the game.

GEN and T1 are still fighting each other every point on the LCK Spring 2023 rankings, even at one time these two teams tied for first place. The struggle for the top of the table only eased the tension when GEN fell 2-0 before T1 in the first leg. In the second leg, GEN took a 1-0 lead, thinking this would be the “retaliation” of the defending champion, but T1 turned the odds spectacularly to win with a score of 2-1.

GEN did better than T1 in the second leg, so much so that coaches Bengi and Faker had to admit that T1 needed “luck” to win but Peanut’s mistake was too “fatal”. Coach Bengi of T1 also said that without Peanut’s mistake, T1 is almost “on the same road”.

In the 3rd game, Gen.G found the solution to the problem to take the lead. In the 23rd minute, T1 failed to fight in the bot lane and lost 3 people to the scoreboard with the free Baron for Gen.G. Thought that from here the game would tilt in favor of Chovy and his teammates, but no. Not only did he lose Baron in the 31st minute, but Peanut also got lost and made himself count on the board at the most important moment. T1 successfully took the opportunity and got the final victory over Gen.G after 3 games.

Peanut was very frank looking at his mistake and apologized to the fans as soon as he entered the press room: “I’m really sorry. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt disappointed by my poor performance. At the end of game 3, I forced myself to do something too much and created such an ending, which left a deep wound in my heart.
