In the video’s description, Ryscu adds that the map will be out ‘in a week’, so players will be able to enjoy Summoner’s Rift refurbished, fan-made just after Jan 9 – next Monday. From the very beginning, it can be seen that the map has been modified, as some textures and elements look a bit outdated and unpolished. Either way, the modders did a great job.

PROJECT: Summoner’s Rift has a futuristic map, like it was taken directly from Sound City (the city where the PROJECT universe takes place). The map has so many reactors, neon lights, and glowing platforms that you think that’s how Sound City will be built. It even features a modified Baron Nashor that looks like a cybernetic monster straight from the future.

PROJECT itself is a series of alternate futuristic skins within the Alliance, featuring three distinct lines of skins: Cyber Pop, Program, and PROJECT. All of them depict League champions as characters with additional cybernetics and artificial intelligence enhancements.
Players have been asking Riot to bring map themes to Summoner’s Rift for quite some time now. Last June, one of the developers said that developers were ‘exploring ways’ to do this, however there has been no update on the topic since.
