Recently, Riot Ray Yonggi, a gameplay analyst at Riot Games, has provided details about the upcoming changes to Annie at version 13.2 – the version that will be available at League of Legends on January 24. In her post, Ray Yonggi emphasized that Shadow Child is having a hard time gaining an advantage in the laning phase, even when facing champions with shorter arm spans than her.
Specifically, in version 13.2, Annie will be edited by Riot as follows:
Passive – Fire Rage:
NEW: At the start of the game or when Annie respawns, she will gain enough passive stacks
Skill W – Burn:
Mana cost reduced from 90 – 110 to 70 – 110.
Skill E – Fire Shield:
The value of the shield will be increased, but Riot has not determined a specific number of Reflectors that will activate with all damage types instead of each attack as before, but each enemy will only take one reflection damage. unique return (will regenerate when Fire Shield is used again) Reflect damage increased from 20 – 60 (+20% Ability Power) to 30 – 90 (+40% Ability Power)

Overall, this is a hugely beneficial change for the Shadow Child in the 2023 season. Annie’s strength in the later stages of the game will be changed significantly with the outstanding toughness of Tibbers – the beast. her favorite pet. In addition, the early game is also more unpredictable when Annie can invade the enemy jungle with her teammates in combination with W – Ignite and Flash to surprise.

In addition, recently the image, as well as the set of moves of Aurelion Sol rework, were also revealed. The upcoming changes for Annie will soon be available on the PBE server next week before landing on the official servers on January 24. Until then, Riot will probably change some of their edits.
