With the tweaks focusing heavily on the jungle position, changes to the junglers will obviously be added as well. Specifically, the 6 junglers that will be buffed in version 12.22b are Ivern, Kindred, Amumu, Maokai, Rammus and Shaco.
Shaco’s buff is basically more of a fix. Shaco’s Clown Box (W) now deals extra damage to monsters moving further away from it, just like it should.
Maokai will now also become more annoying when his buds are buffed in this buff. Specifically, the slow effect of the bud will increase based on Maokai’s HP ratio and ability power. This does not mean Maokai will be stronger in the jungle but he will be a perfect card to use as a support or laner in the next patch.

Ivern will also get a big tweak in patch 12.22b with the Friend of the Jungle passive no longer costing health and mana at level 18. Although the level of health and mana cost to clear the camp is not for me. Ivern has decreased with level but the idea of Ivern being able to take out a large field without losing anything will help him become a lot stronger in the late game.
Some other small buffs for the remaining general, Rammus, will gain the bonus armor from his W skill. Kindred’s attack speed gained from his Q skill will also be higher, and the base damage caused by Amumu’s E will also be stronger.
