Neeko’s latest skill set is being spread widely in the League of Legends community and is rumored to stir up the meta as soon as it’s released.
In the days of appearing at Summoner’s Rift, Neeko has attracted a lot of attention from the gaming community. But after many years of debut, up to now, the Enthusiastic Transfiguration can only appear in ARAM or be remembered as an item of the Arena of Truth.
Realizing that this champion’s skill set is “outdated”, Riot Games has shared that Neeko will be re-skilled (mid-scope) in the near future. And recently, the image that is said to be Neeko’s skill set after the remake has spread throughout the League of Legends forums.
Passive: Sho’ma Essence (roughly translated: Soul Crystal)
Neeko’s basic attacks deal 5 (+% AP) bonus magic damage.
Every 3rd attack, Neeko’s next 3 basic attacks are stacked as one but only 60% effective and Neeko gains 10% movement speed for 1 second.
“Sho’ma is like, um… the form of someone’s soul, the essence of who they are,” explains Neeko about Sho’ma in the story.
Q: Particle Cannon
Neeko throws a seed that explodes 3 times and deals 42 (+% AP) magic damage. The final explosion deals 85 (+% AP) plus magic damage for 5% of missing health, and the explosion has a wider range.

When the copy expires, collides with an enemy champion, or is attacked, it turns into a Particle Cannon.
E: Twisted Binding
Neeko throws a spiral dealing 85 (+% AP) magic damage and rooting for 0.7 seconds.
The spiral is strengthened after hitting 2 enemies, it becomes larger, flies faster and roots for 1.8 seconds.
R: Flower Explosion
Neeko churns with soul crystals for 1.5 seconds, dealing 52 (+% AP) magic damage and applying a stack of 33% slow to enemies hit for 1 second every 0.5 seconds. During her final damage, Neeko leaps into the air and deals 154 (+% AP) magic damage.
For each enemy hit, Neeko gains a shield for 2 seconds that absorbs 82 (+% AP) damage on the first target hit, then creates a shield that absorbs 44 (+% AP) on enemies. next target.
Of course, these are just “leak” information and are spread in the League of Legends community. However, it was shared by Big Bad Bear – YouTuber who “leaked” 100% of Bel’Veth’s skills and form before the Void Queen was released, so many gamers believe this is the Neeko’s skill set after the rework.
