It’s been 2 weeks since the League of Legends export rune bug appeared in the match between T1 and HLE, but until now Riot Games still can’t handle it.
After more than a month at the LCK Summer 2022, the tournament broke out many dramas revolving around game bugs in League of Legends. This has caused many players to complain, typically Faker who directly criticized Riot Games.
It seemed that “music company” Riot would quickly fix game errors at the game server of League of Legends, but until now LCK players still have to “live with bugs”. More specifically, recently, the LCK organizers announced the status of the auxiliary gem error in the match between HLE and T1 on July 14.
Announcement of the LCK organizers about the issue of suspending each game.
Accordingly, the LCK could not fix this error in time and had to come up with another “patchy” measure from today:
“There will be a 15-second pause at the start of the game so players can check their rune rune.
Once paused, viewers will receive information about who made the pause request, what the reason was, and the current stage of the resolution process.”
From now on, every first game in the LCK will have to pause for 15 seconds for the players to check their runes.
After announcing this new “competition rule”, many gamers thought that Riot Games was very unprofessional because it could not fix the game error after 2 weeks. On the other hand, there are also many gamers who feel less “impatient” because from now on anyone who pauses and pauses for any reason will be announced on the livestream.
