With the statistics of ping usage of League of Legends players, Riot Games is likely to have updated its automatic purge system.
Unlike the 2022 season, LoL in the 2023 Pre-Season period has appeared quite a few new types of ping. A few weeks ago, the international gaming community also appeared a lot of controversial opinions about the use of these new pings, especially the Bait ping.
In more detail on this issue, ping Du Keo has a symbol of a “fishing hook”, but in foreign countries it is understood as a “rope”. Therefore, many gamers use ping Luo with the implication of asking someone to “commit suicide” after each certain situation. As a result, the Du Keo ping has become the most toxic ping in recent times.
Recently, a foreign streamer cum YouTuber revealed that he had “unlocked” the LoL data file and discovered a new parameter in the game:
Foreign YouTuber said that Riot has a feature to calculate the number of ping times of League of Legends gamers.
“Riot is now monitoring players’ ping usage for obvious reasons,” this YouTuber shared about the latest LoL stats.
Accordingly, many gamers speculate that Riot Games is trying to improve its “toxic” purge system by monitoring players’ ping usage. So, in addition to the KDA parameters, damage dealt, healing amount, etc. in the game, now the number of times the player’s ping types are used will also be counted.
This way, players who use toxic pings (like ping ping) with a huge number of times in the game will likely have their accounts automatically locked in the 2023 season.
