Q and W of Rumble now scales with % of his max health. Specifically, these edits include:
Q: Base damage reduced from 180->340 to 135->195
Q deals 6%->10% bonus max health as bonus damage, max monster damage 60->300
Minion damage reduced from 60->80% to 55% -> 75%
W : Shield ratio reduced from 60->180 + 45%AP to 10->50 + 30%AP
The shield value gained will be based on 6% of Max Health
E : Heat increased from 10 to 20
R : Cooldown increased from 100->70 to 130->80, AP ratio increased by 35% -> 40%
In addition to the power threshold from the above skills, Rumble will also receive tweaks to his base stats. Including base health reduced from 659 to 650, health per level increased from 99 to 105. Max Heat increased by 100->150 and Overload at 150.
With these changes, Rumble players will benefit even more from building biased items SMPT and increase resistance while still ensuring damage output.
Rumble currently only holds a 49.51% win rate and is 39th in the rankings (according to U.GG), so these changes should help him come back strong and regain it. form in the Top Lane position in the near future.
