The Jungle Beast in the 2023 Pre-Season has been transformed into familiar Pokemon thanks to a recent popular mod.
A series of changes to the Jungle area in the 2023 Pre-Season were created by Riot to encourage new players to try this position. Especially the new Summoner, now the Jungler will no longer be “lonely” when there is a small companion following but can also evolve stronger when killing a certain amount of monsters – this also makes the Forest area more diverse instead of only having 2 Smite options as before.
These little friends will evolve according to the number of monsters the Jungler kills. Sounds very similar to the Pokemon that we often follow through the movie of the same name. But with Wild Beasts, you can start with Charmander and evolve straight into a powerful Charizard instead of going through multiple forms.
Recently, a modder on the topic of League of Legends discovered that the colors of the Jungle Beasts are quite similar to the three famous 1st generation starter Pokemon, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle respectively. Although the appearance is not 100% similar, this gave the modder more ideas to create a Pokemon mod for League of Legends.
In the mod, it can be seen that all three of the first generation 1st generation Pokemon can evolve into their final form by killing monsters on the map. If you are someone who has always wished to be side by side with your favorite Pokemon in the Summoner’s Rift arena, then the above mod is the perfect choice.
Not only does the appearance change, the Pokemon mod also includes an evolutionary sound for each of the summoned Beasts you choose. Fans of both the League of Legends game and the Pokemon series will now have a whole new experience of fighting alongside their favorite Pokemon in the Summoner’s Rift arena.
