In the past, the Vietnamese LoL server used to be “full” and overloaded every weekend, it was common for players to log in but be queued up.
But in the past 24 hours, neither the weekend nor a special holiday, but many League of Legends servers around the world suddenly encountered extremely serious errors when searching for matches. Thousands of players have filed complaints with Riot Games because of this bug.
More specifically, this error has caused thousands of people to not be able to find a match, or to find a match, but… unable to “Agree” to enter the match. This leads to thousands of people being penalized by the system for finding matches but disagreeing many times, many accounts even falling into the queue for 10-12 hours because of this error.
As soon as this error appeared on many servers, Riot Brightmoon quickly confirmed the game error in the NA, LATAM, BR, OCE, … and possibly some other servers.
And after a few hours of “key dance to fix the code”, Riot Brightmoon announced that the single/double, flexible, … as well as queue penalties have been resolved on the entire League of Legends server.
However, the sudden “open” of the servers made many gamers unable to play League of Legends in the past 24 hours, especially during the time when the Star Guardian event was taking place, many players were playing League of Legends. All are looking to complete tasks to receive rewards every day. This both wastes players’ time and makes Riot Games “cheeky about not knowing how to make games”.
