Manga on hiatus starting December 4 for “schedule restructuring”
Kodoani.com – The official Twitter account of Jump SQ, Shueisha’s manga magazine, announced on Monday that the manga “Dark Gathering” by Kenichi Kondō will take a one-month break and will not publish new chapters in the magazine’s January 2024 issue, scheduled to release on December 4, due to scheduling rearrangements. The manga is expected to return in the magazine’s February 2024 issue on January 4. The magazine is considering a new production system so that Kondō can continue writing manga in good health.

Kenichi Kondō, author of “Dark Gathering,” launched the manga in Jump SQ. in March 2019. Shueisha will publish the manga’s 14th compiled book volume on December 4. Viz Media, the English publisher, will publish the manga’s fifth compiled book volume on January 16. Viz Media describes the content Manga content is as follows:

“Dark Gathering” has been adapted into an anime and began airing on July 9. HIDIVE is streaming the anime as it airs, and the anime debuted in North America at Anime Expo on July 3.
