The series will return in the November 22 issue of Weekly Shōnen Magazine
Kodoani.com – This year's 20th issue of Weekly Shōnen Magazine, released on Wednesday, revealed that the boxing manga Hajime no Ippo by George Morikawa will take a break this week to prepare for the magazine's 21st and 22nd double issues.
K MANGA, the publisher of the series in English, describes the series as follows:

The series sold more than 100 million copies as of July. Morikawa launched Hajime no Ippo in 1989, and the series is his only manga.
Hajime no Ippo was adapted into a television anime in 2000, followed by the sequel Hajime no Ippo: New Challenger in 2009 and the sequel Hajime no Ippo Rising in 2013. The series has also adapted for special editions such as Hajime no Ippo – Champion Road and Hajime no Ippo – Mashiba vs. Kimura in 2003.
The manga received its first stage play adaptation in 2020. Kodansha began releasing the manga digitally in 2021. The manga's 140th compiled book volume was published on February 16. The first 110 volumes are currently available manga on Kodansha's Magazine Pocket website.
