MANGA Plus Max is available in Standard/Deluxe plans at different prices
Kodoani.com – Shueisha, the leading manga publishing company, has announced the launch of a new subscription service called “MANGA Plus Max” via the MANGA Plus website and app on Wednesday. The service will have two different plans to meet the needs of readers.
Standard Package: This package includes 80 manga works currently being serialized, with a total of over 6,000 chapters. The Standard plan costs $1.99 per month in select regions such as the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Thailand, and more. For some regions such as Indonesia, Philippines, and India, the price of this plan is 0.99 USD per month. The Standard package contains no ads.
Deluxe Package: The bundle includes 190 manga titles, including complete series, with a total of over 16,000 chapters. The Deluxe plan costs $4.99 per month in select regions such as the United States, Canada, and others. For some regions such as Indonesia, Philippines, and India, the price of this plan is 3.99 USD per month. Like the Standard plan, the Deluxe plan is also ad-free.
Both plans come with a limited-time free trial during the first month of the subscription.
The MANGA Plus service launched in January 2019 and is Shueisha’s first foray into live service globally. This is where readers can enjoy manga from many different genres and authors. In August 2021, the service removed regional restrictions for all languages, allowing readers to choose from English, Spanish, Thai, Brazilian Portuguese, Indonesian, and Russian.
It’s worth noting that in June 2022, the editorial board announced that all new manga series on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app and website will launch simultaneously in English on the MANGA Plus app from 2023 onwards, giving global readers the opportunity to experience the latest manga works.
