The manga title is Naruto Gaiden: Uzu no Naka Tsumujikaze (A Whirlwind in a Vortex, English translation), made by our favorite Mangaka himself, the legendary Masashi Kishimoto. We are so lucky to have witnessed one of his works.
The story will focus on the story of Minato, since he was the same age as Naruto (Shippuden). And the manga will reveal how Minato invented his Rasengan. We’ll even see two other shinobis from Minato’s team. The manga has a total of 55 pages to celebrate the 55th anniversary of Weekly Shonen Jump. And it will be released very soon.

Minato Manga One-Shot Spoilers & Raw Scans
Stage 1 story
The manga will start with a palette where we’ll see Jiraiya’s squad, consisting of Minato and other two-card Shinobi fighting against the two-tailed tailed beasts and their jinchuriki. The first is the Four-Tails: Son Goku and the Five-Tails: Kokuo.
Both tailed beasts were about to attack Minato’s team, and by the looks of it, Jiraiya’s team was in bad shape.
There were no more tables after that, but looking at these boards, we can easily guess that this is a scene from the third great ninja war. We can learn about two Shinobis from Jiraya’s team.
Stage 2 story
In another frame, we see Jiraya training Minato, the same way he trained Naruto. We even get to see the one-of-a-kind rock candy filled with nostalgia that Jiraya shared with Minato. Minato is training to invent his new Jitsu, the Rasengan.
Stage 3 story
One of these is probably several plates. In that console, we see two black Anbu agents trying to get Kushina somewhere, but Kushina used his chain jutsu and tied them up. Kushina may have realized that she was in danger.
Then in the last few shots we see Kushina go insane. Just like Naruto, she lost control of Kurama and ended up harming those around her. In this, we see Minato dressed casually, trying to stop Kushina.
A fierce skirmish broke out between Minato and Kurama, with Kurama using his explosive beast’s tail, while Minato used the Rasengan to prevent it from exploding. This happened on the same day that Minato invented the Rasengan.
Minato was nearly killed because of it, but he sealed Kurama back into Kushina. We then see Minato waking up in his room, where Kushina, Jiraya, and Tsunade are. That means Tsunade may have healed him.

Where to read Minato’s One-shot Manga Online?
You can read Minato’s One-shot Manga on Viz and Manga Plus with an English translation. They haven’t announced whether it will be free or paid, but considering it will only have one chapter, we can assume it can be paid.
Minato’s One-shot Manga will be serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine No. 33. The raw version (in Japanese) will be available on Shonen Jump’s website. The manga will also be available in book format for purchase on Viz.
