The soccer coaching simulation game launches in Japan in December 2022
Kodoani.com – Rudel Inc. announced on Friday that it will release the game on mobile Blue Lock Project: World Champion in English on April 23. The game will be free to play with optional in-app purchases. This is a new football training simulation game in which players train strikers, build the strongest team and participate in intense matches with rivals.
Rudel Inc. said the game will begin serving in English “worldwide (excluding some regions)”, but they did not announce exactly which countries would be excluded. They also note that the game may be delayed on the AppStore in France. The company also plans to expand the game to other languages in the future.
The game originally launched in Japan in December 2022. Sensor Tower reported that the game had earned about $100 million as of January and was the No. 1 mobile sports game in Japan as of January 2023 to January 2024 in terms of downloads.
The Blue Lock manga series by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yūsuke Nomura, launched in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in August 2018.
