Sword Art Online The Movie -Progressive- Aria of a Starless Night 30 in Japan, marking just three weeks since the film hit theaters in Japan, hitting the 1 billion yen mark (US$8.76 million). Although full figures are yet to be released this week, it can be said that the film is still hot, although unlikely to surpass the Japanese box office total of the previous film – Sword Art Online the Movie -Ord Scale-, went on to earn more than 4.3 billion yen (US$38.3 million) worldwide.
