Shigaraki Tomura and All for One clashed for control of the former’s body, but Shigaraki eventually gained that control again in MHA Chapter 379.

Kodoani.com – The following contains key revelations for My Hero Academia Chapter 379“Hopes.”

The villainous mastermind of My Hero Academia, All for One claims to have achieved the perfect fusion between himself and Shigaraki Tomura. However, the latest actions later prove that that is far from happening.

After months of her body being messed up by her former owner, Shigaraki finally managed to completely purify All For One from within herself. Unlike previous incidents where his personality tried to assert himself in just a few precious seconds, this time it looks like Shigaraki will stay here.

How Shigaraki Tomura overcame All for One in MHA 379

Upon realizing Lady Nagant was responsible for the bullets that destroyed both of his palms, All for One began to turn deadly. Since he prided himself on being able to read people and determine their allegiance, the idea that she would be the one to disrupt his plans at such a crucial time infuriated him. He angrily started rambling about her inconsistent change in allegiance to him, and that moment of confused indignation gave Shigaraki Tomura the leverage he needed to initiate a counterattack.

In the heat of the last war of My Hero Academia, the question of the true owner of Shigaraki’s body added another layer of confusion. All For One has always been the dominant character in their depraved combination, but Shimura Tenko’s constant re-emergence shows that the character was previously not as controllable as he claimed. Shigaraki’s childhood personality suddenly emerges in the middle of a war that never makes sense until Chapter 379, when the villain reveals it’s part of an attempt to reclaim his own roots – before All for One once defiled him.

When Shigaraki agreed to store the All For One Quirk in his body, he was unaware of the effects it would have on his autonomy. When he realized that All for One was slowly taking over, he expressed displeasure with the arrangement, and although Shigaraki’s consciousness was cornered in the backseat of his own mind, he devised a plan. plan to regain control of his body. He continues to cement his own legacy bit by bit through focusing on his hatred of his abusive home and is now strong enough to openly challenge All for One.

Shigaraki Doesn’t Like All for One – But He’s Still Deku’s Villain

Shigaraki is currently conquering his master’s vestiges very much in the same way that All For One did in the War of Occult Liberation. He has identified the core of who he is and is using his extreme hatred of his former homeland – and heroic society at large – to erase the traces of All for One from him. ta. By separating himself from All For One’s pursuit of Quiz One for All, he once again has full control over his own actions. Eventually, he achieved the perfect form he sought when he agreed to undergo Dr. Garaki’s empowerment process: a fully aware Shigaraki bestowed on the remaining Quirks of All for One.

Interestingly, this new development hasn’t changed Midoriya Izuku’s stance one bit. Although Shigaraki is free from All For One’s oppression, he is still determined to bring destruction to everything related to his home. Since he blamed heroic society at large for his woes as a child, his plan for total destruction is still on track. Despite this, Deku refuses to ignore the version of Shimura Tenko he witnessed when their vestige worlds collided and intends to save him.

Shigaraki claims the only thing that can save him is the total destruction of the hero society – which Deku has sworn to protect, bringing the two to a standstill. My Hero Academia is closer to its end than ever, and the series’ appeal continues to soar higher to reflect that.
