Kohei Horikoshi, writer and artist for My Hero Academia, has released a new illustration ahead of the Season 6 premiere, starring Deku and Todoroki.
Kodoani.com – The author of the extremely popular series My Hero Academia released a new illustration featuring two fan-favorite guys hours before the Season 6 premiere.
Kōhei Horikoshi, writer and illustrator of the superhero manga series My Hero Academia, announced a new artwork on his Twitter to celebrate its sixth season. It’s a short, three-frame comic about a topless Deku dipping his hands into a crate labeled “SLIME” with Todoroki holding his camera ready as if they were preparing for a photo session. Deku jumped off the wall with his arm flying back, just as Todoroki took the photo. Todoroki’s photography skills are on a scale because the picture turns out great: Deku gives the camera a super cool pose and with the slime effect it looks like he has smoke coming out of his hands.
Fans enjoyed seeing Horikoshi’s illustrations. Many people love to see Deku and Todoroki’s strong friendship, while others marvel at Deku’s impressive look in the photo. In the past, Horikoshi has published new artwork weekly to coincide with the currently airing anime adaptation, and it looks like he may be continuing that tradition.
