But what about the case that exposed Dabi’s identity? It came to us as quickly as Gigantomachia appeared on the scene.
With no time to relax, or to exchange more lines between members of the Todoroki family, Dabi didn’t even say Shoto’s name.
It might be the climax of an episode, but instead it’s a commercial sting that doesn’t even fit much.
On top of that, Dabi’s Dance is the victim of poor editing, where a more creative music or tempo can give proceedings a pause before releasing what should have been a bombshell.
Again, the construction is well-formed, as is the aftermath, but the heart of this plot point is like a stumbling block that comes across a show that has performed out of the ordinary.
