There have been some big strides for Dabi’s character as My Hero Academia evolved and here are some of the reasons why his Quirk became one of the strongest.
As the eldest son of the Number One Hero Endeavor, Dabi has undergone harsh training from his father and has also trained himself to become one of the strongest members of the Criminal Alliance.
The hatred for Heroes and the similarity in ideology of the Hero Killer aka Stain led the criminal to kill more than thirty people.
Despite coming from a noble family, Dabi is still considered a murderer.
The blue flame that gives him immense strength is seen throughout the Anime and he is known to be one of the most powerful fire users apart from members of his family, his father Endeavor and younger brother Shoto Todoroki.

Dabi can produce flames that reach temperatures in excess of 2000°C and this may also be why Dabi’s flames are blue instead of the red or orange we see Endeavor or Shoto use.
Despite being burned all over his body, Dabi was still able to use his fire power with ease.
His fighting style revolves around him primarily fighting from a distance as the flame is well suited for launching flamethrower attacks on his enemies by disintegrating them.
In fact, he can create a large amount of fire to protect attacks by creating firewalls that slow or block the opponent’s attack.

As a powerful villain, Dabi is able to copy moves from his fire-requiring users, this is how he manages to quickly take on various fire-based attacks and transform they become their own.
He also taunts his opponents when fighting them questioning their morality and is smart enough to find their opponent’s weakness instantly.
The unstable nature causes Dabi to go on a rampage when pushed to his limits in a battle.
Blueflame and attacks
Dabi’s Quirk is known as Blueflame, mainly because he can emit powerful and catastrophic blue flames from his body at will.
Dabi has tight control over his abilities and can shoot flames at long distances regardless of his position.
It is said that his blue flame is actually stronger than Endeavor’s and has the ability to grow and become even more powerful based on his emotional state, this is seen in his fight with you. Shoto’s son in the war of Occult Liberation.
However, one of the weaknesses is that Dabi cannot use his flames for extremely long periods of time as it burns his body due to the high intensity of the flames.
One of Dabi’s strongest attacks, which is also Endeavor’s signature technique when fighting opponents, is called Flashfire Fist.
However, Dabi adds his own skill set to this attack by increasing the added power to deal more damage to the opponent.
Another similar attack copied from his father is called Hell Spider, which allows him to shoot fire from his fingertips. Compared to his father, Dabi used this attack recklessly and with much more force.
Several times in the work, Dabi is able to fire a spark at the desired target, this attack is known as Jet Burn.

Last, but not least, in Season Six of MHA, episode 11, we see Dabi launch himself from Gigantomachia to deal a powerful blow to his father, this attack of his is called Prominence Burn, the attack The attack is done at a level of concentrated fire capable of practically disintegrating the opponent.
He is unable to land this attack on Endeavor when Best Jeanist appears from the sky to prevent him from launching the attack.
