Even when she doesn’t act like a fool, Hayase still feels vulnerable and insecure, and she easily gets embarrassed when Naoto tries her best. Like most girls, Hayase quickly breaks down when things get romantic or intimate, and she can’t help but deviate or run away. On the surface, she doesn’t look like Shoko Komi or Miku Nakano, but deep down, she empathizes with those girls and understands how she really feels when she doesn’t show her feelings.
