Potential game introduced by NetEase
That is the story of Order & Chaos: Guardians. It is known that this game is part of developer Gameloft's plan to revive the famous Order & Chaos game brand. NetEase Games has confirmed that it will cooperate with Gameloft in building and developing, turning Order & Chaos: Guardians into a new blockbuster in the second half of 2024.
Order & Chaos: Guardians has simple gameplay focusing on recruiting and upgrading characters to build a powerful fighting squad. The game features a variety of characters with 9 races and 6 factions inspired by the origins of Order & Chaos. Each character class has unique stats and skills, allowing players to use creativity in strategy
But before launching, NetEase hastily “turned around”?
On January 24, Order & Chaos: Guardians officially opened beta testing for Android gamers in selected regions. According to the development roadmap, NetEase has determined that the Global version of this game will be released on October 23.
However, when the appointment was approaching, recently, the game's main fan page suddenly posted a closure notice, making viewers extremely confused and shocked. It is worth mentioning that this announcement seems to be of a procedural nature only. No explanation has been given, nor is it clear why a potential game project was canceled at the last minute.
NetEase even stopped supporting the server in just 1 day. Time is so fleeting that many gamers can't help but wonder and feel dissatisfied. Across large and small forums, it is easy to see a series of booing comments appearing more and more, discussing this “unlucky” game.
