One Punch Man Chapter 177: What Happens Next?
Title of One Punch Man Chap 177 has yet to appear in the digital realm. However, the plot will focus on Fubuki, Tatsumaki and Psykos. Meanwhile, the infamous Tsukuyomi group won’t let Tatsumaki take away Psykos. From the previous chapters, it is clear that this organization is pursuing Psykos to get her third eye. Chapter 176 reveals that she has the ability to see the future. And only she knows what the future holds for humanity. The Tsukuyomi group wants to peer into this future for their hidden goals. Furthermore, the flashback panel also hinted that this extreme future drove Psykos crazy and joined the devil. After their fight in the Garou arc, Fubuki defeated Psykos.
However, an out-of-this-world giant hovered above the duo. Was God behind Pyskos’ terrible mental state? Plot themes suggest that God is brainwashing heroes to destroy humanity. Furthermore, Vaccine Man and the Homeless Emperor are also constantly boasting about destroying humanity, just like Psykos in the Garou arc. God seems to have a perception of humanity as a plague that is destroying the planet. In the next few chapters, maybe God will finally come down to Earth to deal with the heroes. Therefore, the veins on Psykos’ face in chapter 176 clearly show that God is looking for a body of subordinates!

The title of One Punch Man Chapter 176 is ‘Epicenter’. This chapter opens with a cover featuring Psykos and Fubuki in their high school uniforms. The console switches to a flashback in which Psykos tells Fubuki that their supernatural research guild has attracted a rival group, the Invisible Hand, to their side. Back in the library, she begins her research on the Third Eye. Somehow, she managed to pull it out and unlock the power. One night, she begins to have nightmares and foresees future events. Suddenly she has no interest in being number one and just wants to end humanity. The veins on her face were clearly due to the influence of God.
The high school flashback switches to their fight in the Garou arc. As Fubuki holds Psykos in her arms, she asks what she will see in the future. A huge vein-like cloud suddenly enveloped them. Now, even Fubuki is aware of God’s presence. The panel goes back to the current at HQ. Fubuki and Saitama break into Tsukuyomi’s meeting. However, Fubuki warned the group that Tatsumaki would soon break into the Headquarters and finish off Psykos. Tsukuyomi and Fubuki both engage in a battle, while Tatsumaki finally makes his debut.
In fact, Tatsumaki was just pretending to kill Psykos. She wants to save her from the notorious group. This is the same group that captured her and tested her as a guinea pig. However, a crack in the floor by all these psychics caused Saitama to fall to the deepest floor of the HQ. Dragon class monsters are currently surrounding Saitama. Thus, this chapter ended with a spoiler.
One Punch Man Chapter 177: Release Date
The next few chapters are a treat. Fans are curious how Murata will arrange all the plot themes he has established. In the webcomic, Tatsumaki actually wanted to kill Pyskos at the HQ. However, in the manga, she only acts to kill her. The manga also shows more development between the two sisters. Tatsumaki enlists Fubuki’s help to save Psykos from the group.
However, webcomic fans won’t expect this as Tatsumaki is very stubborn and doesn’t ask for help from others. Thus, the manga is turning her into a lovable character unlike the webcomic. It’s sad that, One Punch Man Chap 177 won’t be back until 2023. It was supposed to come out on December 28, 2022. But, Murata has taken a break. Also, many updates will only be on this page. Stay tuned for OtakuGO!
