Manga artist Dr. Stone Boichi has teamed up with fellow mangaka Ryo Ishiyama to stun the public with vibrant new One Piece Episode A covers.
Kodoani.com – Boichi, the artist behind Dr.Stone, along with Mitsukubi Condor’s Ryo Ishiyama have released two new manga covers for the side story One Piece Episode A very expected.
As seen on Twitter, Episode 1 features Edward Newgate, Roronoa Zoro, and Dracule Mihawk, while Episode 2 shows (from top right) Kalifa, Nami, Gol D.Roger, and the Monkey D. Luffy franchise protagonist. When the covers are put together, a dramatic shot of Portgas D. Ace, the film’s focal character, takes over the center of the illustration as he’s enveloped in the signature Mera Mera flames. mine.

One Piece volume A – also known as “Ace’s Story” – adapted into two volumes of the four-part mini series One Piece Novel A, serialized in Shueisha’s One Piece Magazine from September 16, 2020 – December 2, 2020. 2021. Illustrated by Boichi and written by Ishiyama, the chronicle delves into Ace’s past, exploring his relationships with the Spade Pirates and Whitebeard. The episodes will be released simultaneously on August 4, 2022.
Portgas D. Ace is a hot-tempered guy in his 20s who made his first appearance in One Piece in chapter 154 of the manga (arc “Empty Island”) and episode 91 of the anime. When he ate the Flame Devil Fruit (Mera Mera no Mi) on an island stranded with a stranger (who later became the first mate of his Spade Pirates), he gained the ability use and become fire. He considers Luffy his sworn brother and uses every opportunity to protect the Gum-Gum pirates when fate reunites them years after Ace’s departure. Consistently ranking high in character popularity polls, Ace’s fiery charm makes him a fan-favorite.
“Boichi” is the pen name of the Korean manga artist Mu-jik Park. His early works include the Sci-Fi Adventure Hotel, the Sun-Ken Rock series, and the assassin Wallman. His contributions to Dr. Stone won two awards in 2019 – the Shogakukan Manga Award (“Shōnen”) and the Japan Media Arts Festival Award (Grand Prize). Ryo Ishiyama is a returning collaborator of the One Piece series. Boichi’s two most notable works include Ibitsu no Amalgam (2014), about a supernatural monster boy; and Mitsukubi Condor (2016) tells the story of a beautiful thief.
One Piece written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. The series follows the adventures of the cheerful Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew as they sail the Grand Line in search of the late pirate king Gol D. Roger’s treasure. Shueisha Publishing has published more than 100 volumes of the series.
