Part 2 of Sugar Apple Fairy Tale Anime will premiere in July

Kodoani.com – TV anime adaptation of light novels Sugar Apple Fairy Tale of Miri Mikawa and aki announced on Friday that the second season of the anime (first quarter) will premiere in July.

The anime premiered on AT-X, Tokyo MX, BS Asahi, and Sun TV on January 6.

The anime’s voice cast includes Yuka Nukui as Anne Halford, Masaaki Mizunaka as Shalle Fen Shalle, Rie Takahashi as Mythril Lid Pod, Tomoaki Maeno as Hugh Mercury, Takuma Terashima as Cat, Reiji Kawashima as Jonas Anders and Yūto Uemura as Keith Powell.

Youhei Suzuki (Urara Meirochō, Planet With, Kiyo in Kyoto: From the Maiko House) is directing the film at JC Staff . Seishi Minakami (A Certain Scientific Railgun, Occult Academy, No. 6) is composing the series. Haruko Iizuka (Umi Monogatari, School-Live!, Horimiya) is designing the characters. Hinako Tsubakiyama (Sabikui Bisco) is composing the music. Flying Dog is credited as a music producer.

Minori Suzuki (Macross Delta) performs the opening theme song “Musical.” Sumire Morohoshi performed the ending theme song “Kanaeru” (To Grant).

The Kingdom of Highland is a place where humans are masters and elves are enslaved. Ann Halford, a candy-making girl, dreams of becoming a “silver candy master”, she buys a fairy named Shall to escort her. Where will their journey go…?

Writer Mikawa and artist aki launched the novel in April 2010, and ended the series with its 17th volume in February 2015. The original series is receiving a new Collector’s Edition for the first three volumes. . Volumes will ship on December 28; February 1, 2023; and March 1, 2023. In addition, Kadokawa Beans Bunko will premiere the novel series on December 28.

Alto Yukimura published two manga adaptations of the novel on Hakusensha’s Hana to Yume Online website from 2013 to 2014.

YozoranoUdon launched a second manga adaptation of the novel in Kadokawa ‘s Young Ace magazine in November 2021. Yen Press will publish the manga’s chapters in English concurrently with the Japanese release and will also distribute the manga’s chapters in English. manga in print form.
