Umino Kawamura, Azusa Aoi as the main voice in the project about female cyclists
Kodoani.com – Banner “Rinkai! Project Unveiling” at mixi _anime’s AnimeJapan 2023 booth announced on Saturday that an anime adaptation and a manga series have been green-lit. The project follows the competitive world of women’s bicycle racing.
The story focuses on the women’s sport of cycling, which debuted in Japan shortly after World War II. However, the competitions were held after only 15 years and lay dormant for several decades. Then, Rinkai! League launched to revive the sport.
The manga will debut on Manga Bang! serving this year, but the staff has yet to announce the anime’s premiere date.

The project will launch a YouTube streaming show at the end of April, and the cast reveals more characters to be revealed.
