Kodoani.com – The anime film sequel project based on Hajime Kamoshida’s Seishun Buta Yarō light novel series has announced that the first film, Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Outwill hit theaters in Japan this summer.

The first batch of MoviTicke Cards for the film will go on sale on February 18 with bundled mini shikishi-style illustrations drawn by director Sōichi Masui and character designer Satomi Tamura:
That same day, the main Animate store branch in Tokyo’s Akihabara district will distribute a postcard-sized Valentine illustrated card with a QR code. The code links to a special voice message by Mai Sakurajima (voiced by Asami Seto).
An anime sequel project based on the eighth and ninth novels in the series: Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out and Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid.
Sōichi Masui will return to direct the project at CloverWorks. Masahiro Yokotani is also returning to write and write the script, and Satomi Tamura will return as the character designer.
