Akira Toriyama, beloved creator of Dragon ball who passed away in March 2024, was known to have brought various characters back from the dead, including vegetable. Although other characters like Yamcha and Krillin have done so as well, Vegeta’s return is especially important. The reason for the Saiyan return has a lot to do with fans based on material from the franchise’s 30th anniversary.
