Record of Ragnarok Chapter 85 will begin Round 10 as we have seen contestants from both the human and Divine sides. Round 9 ends with Apollo crowned the winner and praised after the battle.
Zeus also talked more about Apollo during this time. When Apollo’s fans demanded that he receive immediate treatment, he said that he wanted to leave the wound as it was. He claimed that these wounds were proof that he had burned his soul while fighting Leonidas.
We also see Haggis and the Spartan warriors trying to stand firm despite the death of Leonidas. On the other hand, Sasaki Kojiro, Isami Kondo and Soji Okita all rated this as a great fight.
However, Soji Okita and Isami Kondo were jealous of the way Leonidas fought to the death. We see glimpses of both of their deaths, which is not something either of them are proud of.
Goll reminds Brunhilde of their situation, but Brunhilde doesn’t know who to choose. Just as they were about to decide on their next fighter, Isami Kondo and Soji Okita entered Brunhilde’s room and said that Okita would fight next.
Brunhilde says she will rely on him because he is the strongest Killer in History. Meanwhile, the gods also began to decide who to send next. They want to end Ragnarok in the next two rounds.
Anubis was decided for the 10th round and the other gods also had no problem. As Anubis rejoiced that it was his turn, Susano’O No Mikoto entered.

Anubis and Susano’O No Mikoto argued, but Anubis gave up and asked Susano’O to fight. When Zeus asked why, he said the next human contestant was the Strongest Slayer, Soji Okita.
Susano’O No Mikoto says that he is the strongest God Slayer in heaven and there is no way he won’t fight this round.
Record of Ragnarok Chapter 85 Reveals & Predictions
It looks like we have an interesting fight combination for Round 10 between the Strongest Slayer and God Slayer. But before entering the tournament, we can learn more about why Brunhilde participates in this Ragnarok tournament.
According to some rumors and leaks, the next Chapter may focus on Brunhilde, Buddha and Siegfried. This will be a refreshing addition since we were only recently introduced to Siegfried.
We do not know his connection to Brunhilde and why he is trapped in Tartarus. Coming to Round 10, we can almost expect Soji Okita and Mankind to win this round and put a halt to God’s winning streak.
If this happens it will also affect the score, and round 11 could be an unpredictable fight with some unique odds. Regardless, Round 10 should be another interesting fight as both are expert swordsmen.
Record of Ragnarok Chapter 85 Release date
The official translation of Ragnarok files Chapter 84 will be released in about two weeks, on December 13. On the other hand, the unofficial translation of Chapter 85 will be released around December 28.
