Kodoani.com – Kodansha’s Shonen Magazine Edge January 2023 issues the final chapter of the manga Shinigami Tantei Elria no Kai (The Death God Detective Elria’s Solution) by Reiji Kanzaki and artist Momota Kanzaki on December 16. The manga’s third and final compiled book volume will ship on April 17.
The series revolves around a protagonist who reincarnates into the world of his favorite detective manga, becoming the assistant of the legendary detective Elria.
Kaitō and Kanzaki launched the manga in Shonen Magazine Edge in December 2021. Kodansha published the manga’s second compiled book volume on October 17.
Kaitō wrote the Unbreakable Machine-Doll light novel series. Kaito launched the light novel series with illustrations by LLO (Mushi-Uta, Oreshura) in 2009, and ended it with a two-part 16 volume in July 2017. Hakaru Takagi launched a manga adaptation in the magazine Kadokawa’s Monthly Comic Alive magazine in 2010, and the ninth and final volume shipped in March 2016.
The novel inspired a television anime that premiered in October 2013.
Kaitō and Hiyon Katsuragi launched the Mobile Suit Gundam Valpurgis manga in Kadokawa’s Gundam Ace magazine in August 2017 and ended it in October 2019.
