Kodoani.com – Official website of the anime based on the light novel Bofuri: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, So I’ll Out My Defense of Yuumikan revealed on Monday that the anime is delaying the seventh episode of BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, So I’ll Out My Defense. Season 2 is two weeks ahead of schedule due to the impact of COVID-19 on the part of the show produced in China. The episode will air on March 8.
The anime will rerun the first episode on February 22 and the second episode on March 1. After episode seven aired on March 8, episodes 8-10 will air weekly. The staff will reveal the broadcast schedule of episodes 11 and 12 later.
Shin Oonuma returns to direct the second season of the anime at SILVER LINK. Mirai Minato co-directed the first season with Oonuma. Fumihiko Shimo is once again in charge of series composition. Kazuya Hirata is once again designing the characters and serving as the animation director. Hiroyuki Honda will also take on the role of animation director. Taro Masuda will return to compose music.
Vocal group Junjō no Afilia performed the opening theme song “Kono Tate ni Kakuremasu” (I Will Hide Behind this Shield), and singer FRAM performed the ending theme song “Step for Joy.”
