Gourmet spinoff manga Tate no Yūsha no Oshinagaki to launch in 2019
Kodoani.com -The official Twitter account of manga artist Amamichi Akano announced on Wednesday that the manga Tate no Yūsha no Oshinagaki (The Menu of the Shield Hero) – the gourmet spinoff of The Rising of the Shield Hero (Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari) a fantasy light novel – will end with the seventh volume. Akano added that the final volume will have seven chapters, instead of the usual six for each episode.
The gourmet spinoff manga, which focuses on the characters’ cooking, launched on Kadokawa’s Comic Walker website in August 2019. Kadokawa published the series’ sixth compiled book volume. comics on Wednesdays.
One Peace Books is publishing the original novel series and a manga adaptation by Aiya Kyu in English. The publisher describes the first volume of the novel:

The Rising of the Shield Hero anime series premiered with a two-hour special in January 2019 and lasted 25 episodes.
The Rising of the Shield Hero 2, the second season of The Rising of the Shield Hero television anime series, premiered in April 2022. The previous anime was delayed, as originally scheduled. Released in October 2021.
Anime announced in August 2022 that The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3 will have a new director. Hitoshi Haga, who wrote the script for the 5 episodes and directed the 4 episodes from the anime’s first season, will direct the upcoming third season.
