Keria said that he and his T1 teammates did not receive any explanation when the referee decided to remake the match in game 3.
Simply the last match of T1 in the first leg of the LCK Summer 2022 group stage, the opponent is only a weak Hanwha Life Esports, this confrontation should not have left any aftertaste because fans near as sure of victory for Faker and his teammates. But in reality, that’s not the case. This match, it turned out, was the beginning of a drama whose cause was very familiar: T1 encountered a bug and the LCK BTC did not support it in time.
As most of the League of Legends community has heard since the game up until now, Oner encountered a bug with Smite and, as the player revealed, it was a while after he reported the bug. Twice to the referee board, the game is suspended. Before that, in game 2, there was a bug with Gumayusi’s Rune Board. This has angered the League of Legends community because of the lack of professionalism of BTC LCK. Then on the morning of July 14 (Vietnam time), BTC LCK had to apologize.
Only thing, BTC LCK makes fans believe that they are not really apologetic. The reason is because in the post posted by T1’s page, the content of the apology part of the BTC LCK did not mention the problem that they ignored Oner’s bug report during the match. According to many people, this is the real reason why the game has to be delayed for so long.
Then recently, it was Support Keria’s turn to speak up about the incident. According to T1 House Support, he and his teammates did not receive any explanation or notice from the LCK BTC for the remake of the match with Chronobreak. “When we asked why, they said nothing. We were extremely embarrassed when we had to restart the game without any explanation.” – Keri said.
Not until now, BTC LCK has been condemned for doing the same. Remember, in the Spring 2022 LCK at the beginning of the year, T1 also encountered a serious error and the LCK BTC also showed irresponsibility and delay in solving the problem, making the community extremely frustrated and bored.
