In the update 12.13 of the Arena of Truth, Thuong Long will be lightly buffed and reworked the Aurelion Sol skill to “compensate” for the loss of the Seal.
Throughout the past 6 seasons, Teamfight Tactics has constantly changed the meta, Clans/Types as well as different unique champions. Among them, the 5-money generals still hold the ability to “carry the team” very strongly, going up to 5 money 3 stars is something “very and that”.
But in season 7, especially in the current update, 5-star generals appear everywhere, because of a “faulty item” of the Tactics Arena, An Thuong Long.

More specifically, if you combine An Thuong Long with 5-money generals, it is relatively easy to roll out 3 stars. This turns many matches appearing in An Thuong Long into a “race for the top 2”.
The Arena of Truth will no longer have the Upper Dragon Seal from the next update.
Realizing that this equipment is too “faulty”, Riot Games has removed it in the next update (12.13). To compensate for the seal removal, Riot has also slightly increased Upper Dragon’s AP from 5/30/70 to 10/40/80.
To “compensate” for Upper Dragon, this Tribe/Type will be slightly increased AP by Riot and reworked for Aurelion Sol.
In addition, version 12.13 will also have a big change of Tier 5 generals (5-money generals and some Dragon types):
Aurelion Sol Reworked: Aurelion Sol now summons an unstable black hole beneath a random enemy. After 2 seconds it explodes, dealing damage to all enemies and increasing their damage taken by 20% for 10 seconds. The black hole is larger and deals 50% more damage after 20 seconds in combat. Aurelion Sol energy: 40/90 Aurelion Sol black hole damage: 350/475/5000 3-star Aurelion Sol creates a giant black hole.
