Kodoani.com – The official website for the television anime adaptation of Norio Sakurai’s The Dangers in My Heart (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu) manga revealed a new teaser video and a new main image. The video reveals the first footage of the anime, the April 1 premiere date, and more information. It also revealed and previewed yorushika’s anime opening theme song “Shayō” (Sunset), and revealed Kohana Lam’s anime ending theme song “Sū Sentimental” (Some Sentimental).
The anime will premiere on TV Asahi and its affiliates in the “NUManimation” channel on April 1. HIDIVE will stream the anime as it airs in Japan.

Hiroaki Akagi (Teasing Master Takagi-san, That Snow White Notes) is directing the anime at Shinei Animation. Jukki Hanada (Love Live! Sunshine!!, Sound! Euphonium, Steins;Gate) is writing the series’ scripts, and Masato Katsumata (The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬, The Quintessential Quintuplets the Movie) is designing the characters. Composer kensuke ushio (Liz and the Blue Bird, Chainsaw Man, A Silent Voice) is grading the score. Sakurai is credited with the original story.
A “horror manga” that focuses on the “dark side of coming of age”. The series revolves around Kyoutarou Ichikawa, a man with murderous thoughts. That’s all, but the story is so cute, I hope you guys support it
Sakurai launched the manga in Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine in March 2018. The manga moved to Akita Shoten’s Champion Cross manga website in April 2018. When Champion Cross merged with Akita’s other manga website Shoten is Champion Tap! to launch a new website Manga Cross in July 2018, the manga moved to that new website. Akita Shoten will publish the manga’s eighth volume on March 8. Seven Seas Entertainment will publish the manga’s sixth volume on July 18.
