Part of the appeal of Chainsaw man There are many extremely strong female characters. Thanks to the excellent writing of Chainsaw Man creator Takatsuki Fujimoto, all of these women are in perfect shape and topped the charts in Chainsaw Man popularity polls. Not only are they powerful, however, Chainsaw Man’s most powerful women range from skilled warriors to legitimate apocalyptic threats to master manipulators.
Season 1 of the Chainsaw Man manga made it difficult to rank every powerful woman in the series by their strength, which is why it’s worth noting that Season 2 makes this task even more difficult. more difficult. What makes all of these characters so remarkable is not only the ridiculous levels of power they achieve but also how well they are written. All of Chainsaw Man’s characters are interesting, but that’s especially true of a series with many strong women.
12 Kobeni Higashiyama
Introduced as a Demon Hunter recruited into Special Team 4 “Makima’s Squad”, Kobeni is immediately portrayed as nervous and self-conscious. Because she only took the job out of the desire to support her family with a steady salary, her actual demon-slaying efforts were almost non-existent and she quickly gave up. Although Kobeni is a coward, she is still a good and effective fighter. Kobeni has impressive agility and at one point single-handedly fought a high-level demon using only a knife and pure athleticism. She also has a contract with the devil and although the devil has not yet been officially revealed, if combined with her agility, it would make her an extremely dangerous warrior.
11 Prinz
Prinz, the reincarnation of the Devil Spider, was recruited into the Makima Squad as a Demon Hunter after she was hunted down and chose to join Makima instead of being killed. Since demonic powers come from humans’ level of fear of what they manifest, Prinz’s embodiment of the spider makes her an extremely powerful demon. As a demon, Prinz is able to heal wounds by drinking human blood, as well as being essentially immortal as any demon killed on Earth goes to Hell, and any demon killed. in Hell will descend to Earth. Her ability to engulf herself in walls and the ground as well as the ability to summon several people anywhere makes her a formidable foe.
10 Akane Sawatari
Akane is a human and former Demon Slayer who had a contract with the Snake demon. Because she extremely distrusts Makima, she decides to ally with the Gun Demon to try to destroy Makima. In addition to summoning Serpent Demons, Akane also has the ability to fake revive creatures which she uses against Makima’s team. So while she’s not the strongest, her ability to revive powerful allies at the cost of her spikes makes her a dangerous and annoying opponent when Fight alongside another powerful enemy.
9 Hymen
Himeno was formerly a demon hunter and member of the Makima team and was Aki Hayakawa’s original “best friend” or mentor/teacher. Himeno also served as one of Denji’s bodyguards when the threat to his life from the Gun Demon increased significantly. A veteran demon hunter, Himeno is exceptionally gifted in hand-to-hand combat and has been shown to be able to kill and fight on equal terms with many demons as well as instantly defeating Kobeni in mock combat. Himeno sacrificed her eye to the demon and although she could only use a small portion of its power, she could fight extremely effectively.
8 universes
Cosmo is a Cosmic Devil and a demon living in human corpses. She, along with Pingtsi, Long, and Tsugihagi, are members of Quanxi’s harem, although most of the characters know no more than that she can only say the word “Halloween”. Although strange, Cosmo’s true power is extremely terrifying. When she uses her powers on others, they are granted all the knowledge the universe holds, however the damage is so great that her victims can only chant the word Halloween. If she can use her power, nothing can stop her. While this unstoppable power would make her one of Chainsaw Man’s strongest women, her more passive nature and limited role in the story caused her to lose some ranks.
7 cuts
Reze is a 20-year-old looking young woman who lives a college life while also working at a coffee shop to make ends meet. She is introduced as one of the few women who could potentially become the love interest of main character Denji. However, in reality, she is a Russian assassin sent to destroy the Chainsaw Demon. As the Demon of Bombs, Reze holds great strength, which in addition to her assassination training makes her a dangerous enemy by killing dozens of Safety Board officers. Since she has almost no interest in harming herself while transforming into a Devil, she often blows up parts of her body to gain the upper hand in battles and is a very unpredictable fighter. .
6 powers
One of the three main members of the Makima Squad along with Denji and Aki, Power is one of the best Chainsaw Man characters. She is the most beautiful and intelligent person on the planet, at least according to her. In reality, she is a murderer, a frequent liar, a thief, ignorant, and always willing to run away from dangerous situations even if it means abandoning her comrades to save herself.
As the Blood Devil, in addition to the powers all demons possess, Power can manipulate the blood in her body at will to create any weapon she can think of. Even with the Power stripped of her blood, she was still able to fight many higher level demons as well as revive Denji from the brink of death.
5 Santa Claus
The entity known as Santa Claus is attached to the person contracted by the Doll Devil. The current user “Master” has no known name because “Santa Claus” operates completely anonymously. Their introduction came from the Gun Demon forming contracts with various Demons and Demon Hunters for the purpose of killing Denji, who was contracted to the Chainsaw Demon.
The power of the Doll Demon allows the user to turn humans into corpse puppets through exposure to amass an army of mindless soldiers. It is speculated that even the “Master” may not be the Devil Doll’s main master and is merely a puppet himself. The anonymity behind “Santa Claus”‘s true power means that they can be anywhere and everywhere without anyone knowing where the attack might come from.
4 Tuyen Tay
Quanxi is a former Chinese Demon Hunter who eventually became bored and took on the role of mercenary and assassin, and gained the ability to call upon the power of Demon Arrows. Technically human, Quanxi is one of the few Hybrids who, despite assimilating demons, has the power to transform into demons at will. Quanxi is an unparalleled skilled hand-to-hand fighter who uses incredible speed and superhuman strength to dispatch opponents with ease. Quanxi is also a master swordsman whose only limitation in killing opponents is the durability of her sword, which she demonstrates by killing dozens to hundreds of Dolls instantly. This, along with her ability to heal as a demon, makes her an almost unkillable enemy, and many demon hunters have died trying to do so.
3 Asa Mitaka/Yoru
As a girl who shares a body with the Demon of War Yoru, Asa is a top threat whose strength only increases with each chapter of Chainsaw Man Part 2. Her ability to turn her possessions into a weapon sounds like Asa’s. seems very powerful, but the series has suggested that it may even be more powerful than what it originally appeared to suggest. Much of Asa’s early storyline revolved around turning Denji into a weapon. If Asa succeeds in turning the almost omnipotent Chainsaw Man into a weapon, it’s entirely possible that her power will surpass Denji’s.
2 families
Fami is one of the Four Horsemen along with Makima, Yoru and Nayuta. As the embodiment of Famine, Fami has displayed a truly impressive array of abilities in her few limited appearances in Chainsaw Man Part 2. Perhaps her most menacing ability is slavery. Using a creature’s innate hunger, Fami can manipulate them to do whatever she wants. This is already an incredibly powerful ability, but considering that she can use it to enslave Primordial Fear like the Fallen Devil, Fami easily ranks among the most powerful women in the world. Chainsaw Man’s strongest and most powerful characters. Fami will probably take the top spot by the end of the series, but for now, her sister really deserves the top spot.
1 Run
Chainsaw Man’s biggest turning point is Makima becoming the secret manipulator of the entire Demon Hunter association and the embodiment of the Demon of Control. Her ultimate goal is to use the Chainsaw Man’s inherent power to destroy the concept of Demons and create a utopia. Although her ideal sounds good, she is not afraid to kill anyone and everyone to make her perfect world.
As the Controlling Devil Makima can completely manipulate any creature she feels is stronger than her, from taming dogs to forcing the use of the Devil’s other abilities at will. She has enough stamina to fight any opponent alone and is a master tactician. Ultimately, Makima’s only weakness is her own arrogance as Denji can only defeat her by attacking her after she thinks she has won. If Denji hadn’t finished off Makima when he did, it’s almost certain that no one would have been able to stop her cunning plan, making her the strongest woman in Chainsaw Man.
The fact that Chainsaw Man has so many strong female characters to choose from is a testament to what makes the series so fresh. While many Shounen manga pay lip service to a handful of powerful women, Chainsaw Man cashes in by having most of its most powerful characters be women. Rating Chainsaw man the strongest female characters can be difficult, but the existence of so many powerful women is part of what makes the series unique.
