The last chapter was quite informative and we learned a little more about the mysterious Aoi, Nue, the head of the Momochi Family.
Ever since Himari arrived at the mysterious Momochi house, her life has been turned upside down. The new revelation that Aoi can’t leave the house is definitely a shock.
It seems Himari was supposed to become a Nue and protect the human world from the spirit world, a job Aoi was forced to take on when she stumbled into Momochi’s house as a child. Let’s see how Himari’s stay at the supernatural house plays out in Momochi’s Demon Prince Episode 3.
So far, we have seen that Aoi’s Shinigami are not very friendly towards Himari, as they consider her an unwelcome guest and a nuisance to Aoi.
They are perhaps most wary of her because she is prone to trouble, is the only human in a place bordering the spirit world, and has no defenses.
Aoi must rush forward and save her whenever she is in trouble, which could put him in danger one day. However, Himari has nowhere else to go because she is an orphan and the Momochi house is the only thing left for her. It seems like Aoi also doesn’t want Himari to leave.
Momochi Demon Prince is a romantic fantasy anime series adapted from the famous manga of the same name.
Fans are especially excited about this adaptation and are even calling this season the shoujo season, seeing as how many shoujo anime are airing and how many shoujo manga are being adapted.
The main characters of the story bear a striking resemblance to the main characters in Kamisama Kiss, one of the most famous shoujo series.
In today’s article, we will talk about the release date of The Demon Prince of Momochi House Episode 3, recap of the final episode, and where readers can watch this anime series.
Summarize
In the previous chapter of Momochi’s Demon Prince, Himari was saved by Aoi and she fell asleep. However, when she woke up, she saw Aoi sleeping right next to her and she became extremely confused. After waking Aoi up, she starts hitting him out of embarrassment and the fact that he acts really strange sometimes.
Fans found it extremely funny because Aoi looked like she didn’t understand why Himari was so mad. He just innocently defended, saying that he must have come closer to her because of the cold. That only makes Himari more embarrassed and she hits Aoi again to shut him up.
Himari then notices that the dirty rooms have been cleaned and the Shinigami explains to her that they intentionally left the dirty rooms to scare her away. They once again made it clear that she was not welcome and that they treated her as a temporary guest. Of course, Himari gets defensive and insists that she is still the owner of the Momochi house.
The Shinigami just shrugged saying that she may be the owner but Onomori-san, that is, Aoi, is the head of the house because he is Nue. Himari asks them to pay rent since she’s the landlord but of course they don’t have money since they’re quite independent and don’t need it.
Himari is fascinated because that’s exactly how things are mentioned in fairy tales. Ise, the Shinigami starts being rude to Himari, and she tells him to go out in anger.
Strangely enough, Ise was thrown out of the room by an outside force the moment she said that, which meant she was acknowledged as the owner of the house.
Later, Himari was thinking about everything Aoi and the Shinigami had told her when she got lost in the house and she heard the Shinigami and Aoi talking. She walked closer to them and heard Ise talk about reinforcing some barriers for Himari, and saw Aoi kneeling on the floor with the amulet around her.
