As planned, the 2023 LCS Summer Split schedule will start from June 2 after a series of fluctuations from regional organizations. Below are detailed information.
Up to now, 3 names that are still standing from the founding date of the LCS are Team SoloMid, Cloud9 and Dignitas. Some sources say that Team SoloMid will soon leave the LCS after the 2023 LCS Summer season and will move to play in other major regions.
The format of the 2023 LCS Summer Split is as follows:
In the Group Stage, the teams will compete in the BO1 format, with the first leg and second leg, the matches will be determined by BO1. The 8 highest ranked teams will advance to the Play Offs round.

The Championship round will apply a win-lose bracket format with the participation of 8 teams with the best results in the group stage. The 2 standing teams will advance to the semi-finals of the winning bracket, the teams ranked 3-6 will advance to the first round of the winning bracket. The team ranked 7th or 8th will play from the losing bracket.
Next, the 3 teams with the best results in the Championship round of the 2023 LCS Summer Split will officially qualify for the 2023 World Championship. The 4th placed team will participate in the 2023 World Championship qualifiers with the 4th seed of the LEC region.
