Kodoani.com – Kadokawa announced on Tuesday that the light novel series Farming Life in Another World (Isekai Nonbiri Noka) by Kinosuke Naito will get an anime adaptation. The notice did not specify the format of the anime.
One Peace Books began publishing a manga adaptation of Yasuyuki Tsurugi’s novel in November 2020, and describes the story:
After Hiraku passed away from a serious illness, God brought him back to life, restored health and youth, and sent him to a transverse world of his choice. To enjoy with his second wish, God give him almighty farming tool! Watch as Hiraku digs, chops and plows in a different world from being a hard-working farmer!
Naito began publishing the novel on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2016, where the novel is being continued. Kadokawa began publishing the novel in print with illustrations by Yasumo (Banished From The Heroes ‘Party) in October 2017, and will publish the twelfth novel on March 31. Tsurugi launched the manga next year. 2017, and Kadokawa published the eighth volume on September 9. The novel series has had 2 million copies published.
