Message from the author Gindoro
“I was surprised when I first heard about the TV/movie adaptation. I was excited, but more than that, I was skeptical and wondered, “Is it really a live-action…?” From there, the specifics are gradually decided, and every time I receive a report, I can get a sense of reality. I’m sure there’s been a lot of hardship due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who participated in the production, respecting the atmosphere and characters of my original manga.”
Message from actor Tsubasa Sakiyama
Tsubasa Sakiyama trong vai Jouji Okuno: Sakiyama says:
“He looks manly and fresh, but when he’s in love, he’s clumsy and shy, can’t even ask her name. I played the role of Jouji Okuno, Patissier-san, who is also loved for his straightforwardness and honesty. How will this frustratingly pure love story actually play out? May I ask her name? And since he’s a baker, there will be a wide variety of delicious looking cakes. Not just food terror but sweet terror. We tried to make a movie as sweet and light as sweet candies. Please wait for the release date. “
