Kodoani.com – Anime production team The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3 announced new visuals, a new voice cast, and vocals for the anime on Tuesday.

MADKID will perform the third season’s opening song “SIN”. Chiai Fujikawa performed the ending theme song “Suki ni Natte wa Ikenai Riyū” (The Reason I Cannot Love You). Both voiced seiyu returned from both previous seasons of the anime.
Anime had its world premiere at Anime Expo earlier today. The anime will also have world tour premieres in Paris, France, and Austin, Texas in July; in Mannheim, Germany and Toronto, Canada in August; and then Tokyo, Japan in October. The anime will premiere in October.
Hitoshi Haga, who wrote the script for 5 episodes and directed 4 episodes from the first season of the anime, is the new director of the third season. Haga is the third director of the series after Takao Abo from the first and Masato Jinbo from the second. Keigo Koyanagi continues to write and supervise the series’ scripts. Kevin Penkin is also returning to produce the music, and Kinema Citrus is returning to produce the anime.
Franziska van Wulfen and Sana Komatsu joined Masahiro Suwa in designing the characters, and previous series chief animation director Kōta Sera is now credited for collaborating on the design.
The Rising of the Shield Hero 2, the second season of The Rising of The Shield Hero television anime series, premiered on AT-X on April 6, 2022. The previous anime was delayed, due to the ban. The first is scheduled to launch in October 2021.
Iwatani Naofumi is summoned into a parallel world along with 3 others to become the Hero of the world.
