Kodoani.com – Koei Tecmo America has just announced that Rise of the Roninthe open world action game of Ninja team, will officially launch on PC through Steam on March 10. This is good news for the PC gaming community after the game was once exclusive on PlayStation 5 in March 2024.
The PC version of Rise of the Ronin will come with a series of improvements in graphics and performance, including supporting 8K resolution, DirectX 12 Ultimate, 120fps frame speed, ray detection technology, and sound. 3D. Set in Japan in 1863, during the Bakumatsu period when the Tokugawa -covered regime collapsed, Rise of the Ronin took the player to play a Ronin – a wandering sword without the owner. Players will freely shape their path in a turbulent era, where the national fate is determined by political and military forces. The gameplay focuses on the authentic melee fighting mechanism, inspired by the previous games of Ninja teams like Nioh and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
According to Fumihiko Yasuda, director and chairman of Ninja team, the Rise of the Ronin project has been cherished since 2015. Team Ninja is famous for the series of action games Ninja Gaiden and most recently Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Phat On multiple basis in 2023. With the upcoming PC version, Rise of the Ronin promises to expand the influence and bring the Samurai action experience to more gamers.
