Shueisha outlines the backstory of the newest One Piece heroines
Shueisha has published brief summaries for each chapter that will be introduced in the upcoming volume. In Chapter 5, a subordinate of Boa Hancock returns after a long time at sea. The girl he loved while away told their story to Hancock. In Chapter 6, Tashigi and Admiral Smoker visit an island under siege by fierce pirates. While there, Tashigi decides to help a young girl become strong enough to take revenge on the pirates who are destroying her home.
In Chapter 7, Vinsmoke Reiju and her brothers end up on a ship with no cook on board. Unfortunately, the two brothers had to prepare the food themselves even though they had no experience in the kitchen. Chapter 8 features the first appearance of Uta, Luffy’s childhood friend and beloved star of the highly successful One Piece Film: Red (2022). Through the lyrics of her latest song, “Kaze Yukue,” Uta recalls the days spent with her father — Red-Haired Shanks — and his loyal pirate crew. The final episode focuses on Nami and Robin as they talk about beauty-related struggles. Their discussion helps other members of the group realize the joys of self-care.
