New visuals have also been revealed for the anime series that premieres on July 9
Kodoani.com – Website for anime adaptations of manga Dark Gathering by Kenichi Kondō posted the film’s third promotional video on Friday. The video reveals and accompanies luz’s opening theme song “Kakuriyo” (Afterlife).
The website also revealed the show’s third key visual.
The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX on July 9 at 25:05. The show will then be broadcast on BS Asahi and Kansai TV later that night.
The anime stars Yū Sasahara as Yayoi Hо̄zuki, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Keitarō Gentо̄ga, Kana Hanazawa as Eiko Hо̄zuki, and Rina Kawaguchi as Ai Kamiyo.
Hiroshi Ikehata is directing the anime at OLM. Shigeru Murakoshi is overseeing the series’ scripts, and Shin’ya Segawa is designing the characters. Kohta Yamamoto, Shun Narita, and Yūsuke Seo composed the music. Other staff members include Taijirō Nagata as art director, Yuho Ando as chief photography officer, Takahiro Uezono as 3D director, Ritsuko Utagawa as color designer and Kōhei Yoshida as sound director.
Kana Hanazawa will perform the ending theme song Haiiro. Konomi Fujimura and Katsutoshi Kitagawa wrote the song, and Kitagawa also composed and arranged the song.
