Not only the appearance of the new general Nilah, version 12.13 also has strong adjustments to the skills of many generals.
Nilah officially launched League of Legends
In the context of traditional ADC champions being underpowered in the Bottom Lane, Nilah’s presence is considered a breath of fresh air for gamers. Introduced as a melee ADC, Nilah has a fairly mobile skill set and is easy to mutate in lane as well as in teamfights.
Nilah is a champion with strong laning ability, thereby creating a great advantage in the early and mid game. When entering combat, this champion has a similar gameplay to Samira when it is necessary to accurately time it to rush in with the ultimate, while keeping distance and dealing continuous damage from Q as well as basic attacks.
Comprehensive remake of Sivir
Sivir is the next champion in the “mid-range remake” plan in the middle of season 12 of League of Legends, and after many changes on the PBE test server, this long-standing ADC champion is about to have a new and more effective gameplay than before.
In order to bring Sivir back to the same Critical ADC style as before, the first thing is that Riot edits the basic stats of this champion. Reduces base Mana and healing stats, reduces Base Health, in return for increasing important things like AD, Attack Speed based on level.
Q – Boomerang Throw adjusted to increase in power over time. This ability’s base damage reduced from 35-95 to 22-85, offset increased based on total AD. In addition, Q’s Damage can now be increased by up to 50% based on Critical Rate, and attack speed also depends on Attack Speed.
The mechanism of the W – Bounce skill also has many changes. Duration changed from 3 Attacks to 4 seconds, and also limits the number of targets hit to 8. In addition, bounces can also return to the old target one more time (if not. new goals). W-effect attack speed has also been increased significantly while effective range is also increased from 450 to 500. Additionally, the ultimate’s Passive and Attack Speed are now reverted to W.
With Sivir’s new Mana cost reduced, E – Magic Shield now heals every time an enemy champion’s ability is blocked (instead of Mana as before). This ability’s cooldown has been slightly increased at late ranks, from 22-10 seconds to 22-14 seconds. In addition, Sivir’s ultimate now grants less Movement Speed to allies, but has additional tools to make this champion stronger (skill resets on kills, basic attacks reduce other skill cooldowns) while buffing for 0.5 seconds).
Powerless against Gwen, Riot makes a comprehensive adjustment
Although not a reworked champion like Sivir, Gwen also has adjustments in both Passive and 4 skills in patch 12.13. Riot said these changes are intended to help players deal better with Gwen in the tournament, while not losing the inherent strength of this champion.
The first is the damage reduction proportional to the AP in Thousand Cuts Passive. Next, Q – Slash has increased Base Damage, Damage proportional to AP, but in return the True Damage of the final cut is drastically reduced from 100% to 75%. In addition, Gwen’s minion cleanup mechanism has also been slightly adjusted (Damage reduction, added ability to kill minions). This is considered to give Top lane champions a chance to counter Gwen by building more Magic Resistance items.
Meanwhile, W – Invincible Blue Frost has its duration reduced, in return gaining bonus Armor and Magic Resist. So ranged champions will have more chances against Gwen and this move still works in melee situations.
Ability E – Trimming has increased attack range and Damage, but the Cooldown is significantly increased. Making Gwen players should consider using this move at the right time instead of spamming constantly to suppress opponents. His ultimate also has a big change, now there will be a fixed delay of 1 second per cast (instead of basic attack to reset as before).

The champion of the jungle AP is crowned, Master Yi is favored
Among the buffed champions in patch 12.13, there are quite a few AP-oriented Junglers. The most typical is Taliyah, this champion has increased Damage and reduced Mana in Q – Flying Stone, now Taliyah’s second Qs can also Stun jungle monsters.
Generals like Elise, Evelynn, and Karthus also have a high chance of returning when their basic stats are increased such as Health, Armor, Heal and total Damage. Meanwhile, Fiddlesticks has a massive increase in ultimate Damage and Panic ability.
Master Yi continues to be buffed with basic attack range increased from 125 to 175, followed by Q – Alpha Skill that can now choose to spawn after the move ends.
Not stopping there, the cooldown of W – Meditation is only 9 seconds, in return Master Yi will trade it with 6% of the maximum Mana per second while casting. This ability’s resistance is also more impressive when it helps Master Yi reduce Damage by 90% in the first 0.5 seconds and 0.5 seconds after the move ends.
