BlazBlue author, former Marvelous executive founded Studio Flare in February 2023
Kodoani.com – Studio Flare, founded by former talented game developer Toshimichi Mori from Arc System Works and Toshinori Aoki, former executive producer at Marvelous, has officially announced that it is in the process of developing a new game. This information was revealed at a press conference last Thursday, and at the same time they shared the first three images of the project, making the gaming community full of expectations.
In addition to releasing beautiful visuals, Studio Flare is looking for outstanding talent to participate in their new project. The positions they are hiring for include Lead Battle Planner, Senior Game Programmer, Art Director, 3D CG Director, Lead Animator, and Lead Effects Designer.
Toshimichi Mori, who has been instrumental in the success of Arc System Works, from developing Guilty Gear X to creating the BlazBlue fighting game series, left Arc System Works in September 2022. Mori also served as designer and producer of the Guilty Gear series.
Meanwhile, Toshinori Aoki, who previously contributed to popular titles such as Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Daemon X Machina, Valkyrie Drive, and Kandagawa Jet Girls in Marvelous, also co-created the anime Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid and Kandagawa Jet Girls.
The combination of Mori and Aoki’s experienced talents at Studio Flare promises to bring new and unique game experiences to players around the world.
