But at least, we don’t have an MC in charge of everything, and with each major issue, other characters are developed as well. With that said, Jinsung is the only character who hasn’t gone that route and has been fighting for fodder ever since.

Jinsung went there and wanted to get his hands on something his students couldn’t get in the book. The book has some important information regarding issues that will affect the future of the tower and all its inhabitants.
Jinsung knows this and will do everything to get that book at any cost. And for that matter, he attacked the spear wielder without fear for his life, a fight he couldn’t win. Or that’s what we thought until he redirected the spears at each other and neutralized them, giving him a chance to defeat the night.
The spearman took it as an affirmation that he could be a little stronger with Jinsung. However, the man was undaunted by all this and continued to push forward, pretending he would catch the man. Outside the closed room, Ban and his friends fell right at the climax of the battle when Jinsung delivered the fatal blow.

Chapter 588: Tower Of God Content Revealed
Tower Of God Chap 588 There will be Ban trying to get into the room and help his friends out of trouble and take care of them. While it would be nice if Jinsung turned out to be a great show, that simply doesn’t happen, especially given his history. The man has lost every major battle in the series, even as he puts things in jeopardy.
In the last Chapter, he even includes his catchphrase. Every time Jinsung said, ‘Do I understand him yet?’ it always turned around with him losing spectacularly in every major match. Ban’s appearance was another sign that he would lose the battle and that Ban would avenge him. Maybe the author of the series hates Jinsung for some reason, or he’s just a war monger in the author’s head.
