Kodoani.com – Korean singer Raon has officially released his seventh single titled “He didn’t bite” (Daydream) on January 9, 2024 and at the same time, uploaded the song’s music video to his official YouTube channel.
The ballad song is being used as the ending theme for the anime series’ ongoing second season HIGH CARD, produced by TMS Entertainment. The music video presents the image of a white woman floating on water, drawing wings from Raon’s deep emotions, conveying a sense of longing and sad nostalgia for a past that cannot be returned.
Raon rose to fame in January 2014 when he opened his YouTube channel, mainly posting cover songs from anime and famous hits. “Hakuchumu” is her second anime theme song work, following “BE the HERO,” which was used as the opening theme for the second season of the television anime Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer in 2022.
The first season of the HIGH CARD television anime consists of 12 episodes, which aired from January to March 2023. The second season premiered in Japan on January 8, 2024. The first episode of the second season, A total of 13 episodes, titled “KNIGHTMARE,” are available on Crunchyroll.
