The city’s academies are divided into separate districts and are considered largely independent.
The General Student Council acts as the governing board to manage the entire academy. However, the group’s ability to run has stopped since the mysterious disappearance of the general student council president. Countless problems began to surface throughout Kivotos without the leadership of the president.
To avoid disaster, the Student Council requested assistance from the Federal Investigative Club, aka Schale. In fact, Schale was the city’s newest club and the last to be approved before the chairman went missing.
To complete their mission, Schale relies on the guidance of a Sensei who can help them resolve the incidents surrounding Kivotos.
