Those who wish to live in Italy can immediately consider this option.
If you’ve ever dreamed of living in Italy, your wish is about to come true. And even better: You can get paid to move there.
The beautiful Mediterranean island of Sardinia (Italy) is willing to pay people €15,000 each (~ VND 355 million) to move there. It’s hard to imagine that such a beautiful place needs to pay people to settle down.
The Italian island of Sardinia is paying people to move there.
However, the reality is that the population of Sardinia is seriously decreasing and the island needs to attract new inhabitants. The island government is very serious about this. They set aside up to 45 million euros to provide 3,000 allowances for those willing to come to the island.
Many other regions in Italy are also trying to increase population with similar promises, such as Calabria (~ VND 782 million/person), to Santo Stefano di Sessanio (VND 1.2 billion/person).

Christian Solinas, president of Sardinia said:
“We facilitate young people who decide to stay and [phát triển] economies of the most fragile territories. There can be no growth without population. These regions must adopt new policies to attract people.”
So what do you need to move to the island? First of all, you have to accept moving to a town with a population of less than 3,000 people and live there all year round. You need enough money to renovate your home and in 18 months you will have to register Sardinia as your permanent residence.
